EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR DIPLOMA HOLDER TO JOIN AS YANTRIK 01/2019 BATCH.

  1.  Application are invited from INDIAN MALE CANDIDATE, for the recruitment of the post of Yantrik 01/2019 batch.
  2. Age : Minimum 18 years and maximum 22 year i.e., born between 01 Feb 1997 to 31 Jan 2001(both inclusive , age relaxation for St/Sc is 5 years and for obc is 3)
  3. Educational Qualification : Matriculation or Equivalent and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Telecommunication (RADIO/POWER) Engineering approved by AICTE ( All India Council Of Technical Education).
  4. Pay and Allowances : On joining , you will be placed in Basic pay Rs 29,200/- ( Pay Level 5) . In addition, to this Dearness allowance of Rs 6,200/- will be there.
  5. Promotion : Promotion exist upto the rank of Pradhan Sahayak Engineer with pay scale of Rs 47,600/- and Dearness allowance of Rs 6,200/- will be there.
  6. Perquisites : (a) Free ration and free medical treatment for self and family members including dependent parents.(b) Government accommodation for self and family on nominal fees.          (c) Contributory pension scheme and gratuity on retirement. (d) 45 days Earned leave and 08 days Casual leave every year with leave travel concession (CTL) for self, family and dependent parents as per Government rules.(e) Canteen and various loan facilities.(f) ECHS medical facilities after retirement.

(c) Fill all the details . (ALL Star (*) marked entries are mandatory to be filled). (d) The name of the candidate , father/mother's name and date of birth should be mentioned as per the 10th marksheet. (e) After submitting the application form successfully a UNIQUE APPLICATION/REGISTRATION NUMBER will be provided to the candidate. Note down this application number for future use and for print the e-admit card. E-admit card can be download from 13 Aug to 22 Aug 2018.(f) Shortlisting criteria will be based on higher percentage of marks. Candidates NOT meeting  the eligibility criteria a "Rejection slip giving the cause of rejection with the application number" will be displayed. 
  8. The written test will be conducted at the following recruitment centres :-                                    (A) Mumbai - Coast Guard Regional Headquarters(West), Worli Sea Face PO, Worli Colony,  Mumbai - 30 (B) Chennai - Indian Coast Guard Store Depot,CG Complex,Near Kalmandapam Police Station, GM Pettai Road, Royapuram, Chennai-13. (C) Kolkata - Coast Guard Regional Headquarters(North East), Synthesis Business Park, 6th floor Shrachi Building, New Town Rajarhat, Kolkata, WB- 700161. (D)  Noida - Indian Coast Guard Selection Board Noida, A-1, Sector-24, Opposite Adobe Building, Dist Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, UP-201301.
  9. Selection Procedure : (A) Call up letter cum e-admit card for eligible short listed candidates indicating date, time and place for the recruitment tests, which are scheduled during the month of Oct 2018 would be required to downloaded from internet site www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in. The call up letter cum e-admit card will be uploaded on website 13 Aug to 22 Aug 2018. (B) Candidates will be selected based on Written Exam, Physical Efficiency Tests, followed by Medical Examination. (C) Written Exam : Objective type . The question paper will contain question from their respective branch and will also have some questions of general knowledge, reasoning, aptitude and english. Physical Efficiency Test will be conducted for all those who qualify in the written test.  All candidates are advised to be in possession of sport rig i.e. Sports Shoe, T Shirt,  Trouser, Stocks etc. Qualifying PET as per the standards given below is compulsory.  The PET will consist of : (a) 1.6 km run to be completed in 7 minutes. (b) 20 squat ups (   Uthak Baithak). (c) 10 Push ups.
  10. List Of Documents : Candidates are required to appear at the venue with the following documents. Original documents. Original educational certificates will be returned after verification. (a) Three copies of pre-filled e-admit card. (b) Original Mark sheet and passing certificates of 10th class. (c) Original Mark sheet of  all the semesters and certificate of diploma. (d) Proof of identity such as passport, driving license, voter I card, Adhar card School/College ID card or any other photo identity proof. (e) Original cast certificate (if applicable) of their respective state issued by Tehsildar/SDM/DM.(f) Photocopies of all required documents self attested such as 10th class pass certificate  and marksheet, Diploma certificate and marksheets of all the semester, create where ever  required and sports certificate etc. (g) In case of reserved category applicants, availing age/percentage relaxation, either current or permanent address of online application should be same as the address, mention in caste/category certificate. (h) Ten recent colour passport size identical photographs with Blue background. (i) Photographs shall not be older than one month. (j) Any candidate who does not carry all these documents at the time of examination shall not be permitted to appear in the examination. 
SELECTION OF CANDIDATES IS BASED ON THE ORDER OF MERIT IN WRITTEN TEST, SUBJECT TO CLEARANCE OF PHYSICAL ELIGIBILITY TEST(PET) AND MEDICAL EXAMINATION.
