Tips For Waking Up Early
Here are the some tips that you can use for waking up early , i had applied it and got result. It helped and i think it will help you also.
1) Not Using Your Phone Before Going To Bed
When we feel sleepy then at that time melatonin release . But when our eye get exposure to light , melatonin release get stop , which keeps us awake. So when we use laptop , mobile , or watch tv , melatonin stop releasing . So we need to stop to use the mobile , laptop , pc , or even tv . So melatonin get release , which tells us to " To Go To Sleep ".
2) Keeping Away Your Mobile Phone to your BED
We all have nature of using mobile phone on our bed . So that habit does not going to leave you . When we go to bed , and don't get into the sleepy state , than our mind say us USE THE MOBILE PHONE , see what people had posted on insta , let go and waste our time looking at the facebook feed.
Now how can you overcome this feeling ?
Simple solution leave your mobile phone in another room or away from your bed and hand .
3) Buy a DAMN ALARM Clock
While the reading step 2 if you are thinking that you use it as a alarm clock.
Then you need to buy alarm clock . It will not cost fortune. You can buy an alarm clock under 500 rupees. Even under 300 rupees. Like this one

4) Keep Your Alarm Clock on Some Height Or Away From Bed
See when you keep your alarm clock next to you , and when it bell in the morning . What reaction we have, we just turn it off or click the snooze button . But if we keep it on some height then we need to stand up , grab it and then had to click on off button . Or keeping away from bed , so you had to walk till there . So you seen in both this thing you have to do some physical thing. While you walk to the alarm clock you will not feel sleepy .
5) Drinking Water
Before you go to sleep , drink a full bottle of water. So when you woke up because of alarm you will have a feeling of pee. So you have to walk up to the toilet and that also made you moving .
Personally i will not recommend you this tip to apply first apply all the 4 tips i mention above and also read the on my other blog How To Wake Up Early In The Morning . And follow those 4 steps , if all this not work or you have some problem then use the 5th step i had mention .
